Or, as I like to say, he's kakkoii... D: I didn't even realize how much before today! XD

Clo's still going rough...XD I did everything with a few chalk brushes and on the same layer, plus a couple of later adjustment in overlay mode... <:

It took me abit to get the "right" background... Well, I'm not sure it's right, but I like it, so bear with me here! C:
